Who we are & what we do
Island Tea Coaching is an online business that offers both life and business coaching. I started this business because I believe that life is the most precious gift we will ever have, and while I truly believe that we are all limitless, I also recognize that our time is not.
My goal is to help my clients maximize on the time they have by helping them be the happiest version of themselves & live a life they love by design. For life coaching clients, this looks like focusing on the goals you have for your life and helping you see them through. Sometimes this means crushing the fear or self-doubt that's holding you back. Sometimes it means eliminating burnout from your life and prioritizing self-care. Sometimes it means learning how to set the right boundaries to create balance that allows you to tackle all of your responsibilities without losing the fun in your life. How does business coaching fit into this? My business coaching model is designed to build a sustainable foundation for you to start a business that gives you the freedom & flexibility to support the lifestyle you desire.

Hi! Kayrol here. By now you probably know I'm the coach at Island Tea Coaching. I am professionally certified in life coaching, and if I can help someone up-level their life in even the smallest way, I want to do it. Aside from coaching, you'll find me working professionally as a consulting manager helping Fortune 500 companies in the talent & organization space. I am also the co-founder of a nonprofit dedicated to working with underserved youth.. My friends and family love to call me the "jill of all trades", but really, where I feel passion, I take action, and it's safe to say I'm multi-passionate.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my sweet son, husband, family & friends. You might also find me hanging by the water, writing songs, obnoxiously singing the Hamilton soundtrack (hands down my favorite musical), or spending a day lounging on the couch and binge-watching my favorite TV shows.
Most importantly, I am a lover of people, and a firm believer that we should all be living our lives in a way that makes us nothing less than happy. & that's why I'm on a mission to help you reach your goals and live a life you absolutely love. Life is too precious and valuable to live any other way!

How did we get our company name?
Well, let me spill this island tea for you real quick...
I’m Jamaican born and I LOVE going to Jamaica every year to see my family, and to be honest, I love the islands in general. On top of that, when people think of their ideal vacations, they often think about the tropical island vibes, and there’s a reason for that! Island vibes mean all things relaxed, happy, and FUN! That’s the vibe of my business and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Also, you know when people talk about “spilling the tea”? Well, ya girl here is spilling the island tea you need to level up in your life & business.
Through my brand with Island Tea Coaching., I'm paying homage to my beloved culture, letting my fun-loving personality shine through it, and building a brand that helps you thrive.
